Your choices

You haven't chosen yet, so everything optional is off.

  • Strictly necessary

Saves your work and settings in this browser so the app works. It can't be turned off and isn't used to track you.

    Always on

    What this covers
    • Your work: resumes, cover letters, settings and job tracker, so they're here next time. They stay on this device unless you use a feature that sends them: downloading a PDF, AI (built-in or with your own key), a share link, signing in to sync, Google Drive, importing a job from a link, or moving to another device. The Privacy Policy lists each one.
    • Your choices: these privacy choices and your acceptance of the Terms.
    • Display: light or dark theme and which panels are open.
    • Offline files: the app's own files, so it opens without internet.
    • A security key, created only when you make a share link or use AI without your own key. It proves this browser made your share links and applies fair-use limits. It is never used for statistics.
    • Sign-in, only if you sign in: keeps you signed in so your resumes can sync.

  • Performance and improvement

Counts which pages and features are used, so we can see what works and fix what doesn't.

    What exactly is collected

Recorded with each event: what happened (for example "resume downloaded as PDF"), the page's address without anything after a "?", the website that linked you here (its domain only), your browser and device type, screen size, time zone, and two random IDs: one for this browser and one for this visit.

Never recorded: your resume or cover-letter text, names, contact details, job descriptions, files, or what you send to or get back from AI.

Where and how long: our database, hosted by Supabase, for 90 days (after that only monthly totals of each kind of event, with no IDs). Like any website, our servers see your IP address when your browser connects; it isn't saved with these events.

When off, no analytics are sent. Anonymous totals (no names, no device ID) are counted for everyone; see the Privacy Policy.

No analytics data is linked to this browser.
